CEDCO LTD, formerly known as Caribbean Engineering and Design Consultants Ltd, is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that was first incorporated in the Caribbean multi-island state Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, on January 14, 2014.
Our 100% remote team of engineers, project managers and property development consultants have since expanded to form CEDCO LLC in March, 2023, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, to provide services in the United States of America.
CEDCO has a deep commitment to designing and managing the construction of resilient structures that can withstand the impacts of natural hazards such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes and wildfires. We work along with top tier architects and creative interior designers in the Caribbean, Latin America and USA to produce elegant, functional and robust structures, while assessing and managing environmental and social impacts.
Our group of companies, known as the Caribbean Real Estate Ownership and Wealth Network (CROWN) includes Caribbean Real Estate and Asset Trading Enterprises Ltd (CREATE) and Caribbean Construction Ltd (CARIBC), which offer both end-to-end and turnkey property development and construction management services throughout the Caribbean, from conception to reality.
We have delivered over 85 successful projects in the Caribbean and North America including bridges, commercial buildings, data centers, hospitality properties, marinas, ports, residential housing, retaining walls, roads, solar PV infrastructure, and water distribution networks.

We assess, plan and design climate and hazard resilient buildings and sustainable infrastructure, including airports, bridges, culverts, ports, retaining walls, roads, river defenses and slope stabilization
We manage the entire construction process including preparation of bills of quantities, Gantt charts, Environmental and Social Management Plans, Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plans and progress reports.
Our certified Project Management Professionals plan and manage projects, programes and portfolios, using best practices, standards, expert knowledge, and experience to deliver within time, budget and quality.
